Mary Ellen has represented District 5 on the Democratic Municipal Committee since 2010. She believes the town officials need to keep up with the technology advances of the 21st century. In this time of fiscal stress, the local Democratic Party must create an environment that encourages and values the volunteer efforts of its highly talented citizens.
