Sally Seymour

New to Leonia "politics", I have been participating in many aspects of Leonia life since my husband Mike and I moved here in 1992. Our sons went to Leonia schools, and I was active in the Home and Schools at LMS and LHS, organizing the "snow chain" before we had better technology to notify people of school closings.

I was the president of Congregation Sons of Israel in Leonia before it closed, and I am now a Board member of Gesher Shalom in Fort Lee. I have volunteered at Friends of the Leonia Library book sales, served on the Board of Health, have participated in activities of COFIA, and I am also active in the Barnard College Alumnae Association as an event organizer and fundraiser.

I am a school nurse at Horace Mann School in the Bronx.
